Our story
Care begins with being heard.
Life rarely follows a straight line. There are seasons of confidence and seasons when even familiar things feel difficult. Elunovia exists to make space for those moments. Our work is rooted in the belief that change does not come from judgement or pressure, but from understanding, connection and small, meaningful steps.

Meet Maya Bennett
Therapist and founder.
I’m Maya, a licensed clinical social worker with a particular interest in helping adults navigate anxiety, relationship patterns, life transitions and burnout. I aim to create a space where you can speak openly, feel respected and work towards goals that matter in your everyday life. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I see my role as walking alongside you with care, curiosity and professional guidance.

Our approach
Evidence-informed, person-centred and collaborative.
Sessions are shaped around your circumstances and goals. Depending on what you bring, our work may draw on cognitive behavioural, mindfulness-based, strengths-focused and relational approaches. We will talk openly about what we are doing and review whether it is useful for you.
What you can expect
A steady process, shaped together.
There is room for uncertainty, pauses and questions throughout. Here is how our work usually unfolds.
01
Listen Carefully
We start by understanding what brings you here, at a pace that feels right.
02
Make Sense
Together, we explore what is happening and the patterns beneath it.
03
Explore Responses
We try different ways of responding that fit your life.
04
Review Together
We look at the changes you want and adjust as we go.
